智平安 app for iPhone and iPad

這個程式透過與長者安居協會的聯繫，為使用者提供呼援及關懷服務。使用者可按程式內的按鍵位置或已配對的藍牙遙控按鈕求助。

1. 請確認iPhone的iOS已更新至7.1或以上，才可以使用本程式。
2. 請確認程式啟動後，手機藍牙功能已開啟。
3. 不能終止智平安®應用程式運行，需確保「智平安®」應用程式在背景運行。
4. 為確保良好的接收表現，請保持3米範圍內使用遙控掣及智能電話。
5. 如程式畫面上顯示「低電量提示」，請更換遙控掣內的電池。
6. 用戶須確保其智能手機備有通話及流動數據網絡，方可使用服務。
7. 在背景連續不斷使用定位功能可能會縮短電池壽命

1. Ensure that the iPhone has the iOS version 7.1 or above to function the App
2. Ensure that the App is opened once, the Bluetooth is switched on.
3. Do not terminate the “e-Care Mobile App”. Ensure that the App function under the background
4. Keep the remote and the smartphone within 3 meters to have a satisfactory performance
5. Low remote battery alert would be shown on the screen of the App so as to remind you to change battery
6. Ensure that the smartphone has been subscribed to voice and data plans
7. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
